Before you start.

Which AI tools can I use?

BroadSite has onboarding paths for Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. A paid BroadSite subscription and a compatible AI connection are required. Provider plans, connector access, and setup requirements vary; check the onboarding instructions for your tool.

When does my page go live?

Immediately when you ask your AI to publish. Publishing makes the page publicly accessible at its BroadSite URL; there is no separate preview-approval step.

Can I edit later? What if I cancel?

Yes—ask your connected AI to update the page. Editing requires an active subscription. After cancellation, retained pages are subject to the resulting site limit; pages beyond that limit go offline.

How do forms and submissions work?

Native forms collect submissions in your dashboard. Starter allows 250 submissions per month per site; Pro allows 5,000. Separately, only the latest 500 are retained per site. Export retained submissions as CSV for your records.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet. Pages are hosted on a broadsite.page subdomain. Custom domains are not currently available on either plan.
